FINALLY. Made table of contents, FINALLY. Easier to get rid

Gazette" since it fits there better than under the Fanfic section
(which has not been moved yet).

- Removed Skycastle link, as that bulletin board game has fallen to time and apathy...will have to come up with something else, simply for symmetry.
